  Went in today to pick up a web reserved order, after speaking to customer service staff they had a bit of trouble finding it. I mentioned that I had previously reserved the same order 2 days prior but let it expire once I had seen that the item would be on sale starting today. The customer service rep turned to me and said that i had created more work for them and shouldn't have placed the second order (even though the reservations expire after 24hrs). Once the order was finally sorted, it was brought over by one of the A/V section employees who finalized the sale. During this time he repeatedly tried selling me the extended warranty, he would not take no for an answer and went as far as asking me when the last time I had bought a t.v. stating that they are not made the same and will not last me longer than four years. Will be the last time I buy anything from this store again, it's no wonder storefronts are closing every other month, my computer offers better customer service......
