  I was very impressed with the two salesmen that I dealt with at La-z-boy. Last week I went into La-Z-Boy and a young man Dean Yeates gave me prices and specs on a couple of the Recliners in the store and was very helpful and was not Pushy. At the time I was just looking and wanted my wife to see the chair, I stated I would be back in a couple of days but I did not get back for a extra few days. I finally got time to go back on Friday Jan. 26 and Dean Yeates was not available but a young man Liam Kelly helped me and answered our new questions. I was very impressed when he stated that Dean Yeates would get credit for the sale as he was the salesman who explained the chair to me on my first visit. My wife and I have had 4 La-Z-Boy Chairs in our 50 Yrs. of Marriage. I had my last one for 22 Yrs. I hope this chair gives me great service like my previous chairs.   Enjoyed shopping at La-Z-boy store was quickly greeted when entering store but left to browse in peace. When l needed help my design consultant was very helpful and had some very good advise about which style of recliner would suit my needs. Extremely happy with my experience shopping at La-Z-boy loved the furniture and the friendly, helpful, but not overbearing staff.

  We had an excellent shopping experience here thanks to Maverick (sales) and Barbara (design suggestions). Maverick's product knowledge was extensive and he was incredibly helpful (and patient) as we chose a sofa bed couch and love seat. Barbara was terrific in recommending colour combinations. Great team. Great service. Great experience. Thank you. Karen & George A
