  My furnace packed up after 25 years and was looking around for competitive pricing and service. Darren was the Sales Rep who came out the next day & gave me a number of options. He was knowledgeable and listened to my needs and was direct in his explanation and NOT AT ALL pushy like one of the other company sales reps that came by! They scheduled the install quickly after I had made my decision to go with Service Experts. The techs arrived promptly and took great care not to make a mess. They were courteous and skilled and it showed when they had completed the job. If I could give 6 stars I would! You wont go wrong with these guys!
