  We have used Haven Home Climate Care for all our HVAC needs for over 10 years. The level of service is always outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone for your heating be it furnace or fireplace or cooling needs. Our most recent experience with technician Don V. was excellent and he did a great job servicing both our fireplace and furnace. He was through and explained everything he did while at our house.

  Once again I cannot say enough about the service that Haven Home, Kingston provides. From Jen Ferguson first taking the call, to Derek and Herb for helping me answer questions about my water heater. Professional service from start to end. You now take care of my fireplace, my furnace and after Thursday, my water heater!!! Just saying! So now my heater heater and chimney liner have been installed with excellent professional workmanship by Scott/Aaron and Rob! I do not own shares in this company, but cannot say enough about them!

  I had a humidifier installed on the furnace. Works great. But the previous job by another company was garbage (furnace installed and plenum). Derek and bobby, from Haven climate, had to redo everything from plenum too the intake. Furnace works quieter and more efficient. Will call again for next job for sure.
