Friendly customer service, but I was charged over 80$ to be told my phone has water damage and Connot be fixed. Took it to mobile express in Portsmouth and 10/10 would recommend, no charge if the phone can’t be fixed and a MUCH cheaper price than fix my pod. They were also able to fix it when I was told by fix my pod it was gone for good!!!! So never taking any phones here again that’s for sure.
