  This was our second time making a wine batch, but the first time in Kingston. Our experience at Bayridge Cask & Keg was a big improvement over our first batch in the GTA. Bill's consultation discussing the wine options was informative and extremely helpful. His expertise was matched by how well he listened and we ended up taking his recommendation. The wine turned out to be delicious. Even on day one, the wine tasted better than our last batch did after maturing. Bill also helped us with the small details like using correct techniques to cleanly shrink wrap the bottle tops. Highly recommend dropping by Bayridge Cask & Keg for a batch of wine. We can't wait to try more, and the beer too!

  We have been long time customers of Bayridge Cask & Keg. From the days that Scott owned it and Bill worked the store right up to today. Bill & Tina bought it a while back and our wine making has been turned it into an experience. We always have a great time making wine and have found a ton of new flavours we love with Bill's help. He is an expert and provides us great wine at fantastic prices. I can't say enough about Bayridge Cask & Keg. We've brewed at other places here in Kingston and weren't nearly as happy with the outcome. Hands down the best in town.
